High point: The truth about Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon. Low point: Not one. Snapshot: The X Files with more jokes and a more believable plot

The world is full of conspiracy theories: did the Americans really land on the Moon? What actually happened to Lady Diana? Did Rod Hull slip or was he pushed by Emu? And what about all these crop circles? In Conspiracy, Dutch Elm Conservatoire attempts to answer these questions and more.

In the guise of a special investigation company, the five members act out various scenarios looking for the answers to the questions that need to be asked. The result is a hilarious, fast-moving mickey-take on all those ridiculous theories that plague modern society.

Great fun from start to finish, the show is littered with just the right mix of smart lines, ridiculous scenarios, great comic timing, dreadful puns and appalling impersonations. Not a moment is wasted and it seems a shame when the hour is up.

Featuring guest appearances by the likes of Sting and Columbo, Conspiracy surely must rate as one of the most amusing shows on the Fringe.
